What Happens if a Mixer Is Rescheduled?
If unforeseen circumstances necessitate rescheduling a mixer—due to factors like inclement weather or unexpected cancellations—a new date will be arranged. Your ticket will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled event. If the new date is inconvenient, we offer the flexibility to transfer your ticket to another event or hold it for a future gathering. Refunds are not provided in such cases.
Can I Cancel My Attendance at a Mixer?
While we understand plans can change, please note that tickets are non-refundable once purchased. If you need to cancel, we can transfer your ticket to a different event date or retain it for a future occasion. To accommodate this, we require at least 48 hours’ notice. How Do I Secure My Spot at a Mixer?
Securing your spot is a breeze. Upon purchasing a ticket, a confirmation email will be sent to you, containing all the necessary details. Prepare to embark on an exciting dating adventure!
Do You Accept Walk-ins?
To ensure balanced gender ratios and streamline the check-in process, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate walk-in registrations at the door. However, unless the event is already sold out, tickets can be purchased up until the final hour before the event starts.
Are There Any Age Restrictions for Attending this Event?
Our mixers offer greater flexibility and encompass a wider age range compared to our speed dating events. If you believe the mixer aligns with your current life stage, you are more than welcome to join. However, if your age falls beyond the specified range and you feel that you are not in the same life stage, we suggest considering participation in a different event. If you are unable to find an appropriate age range, please stay tuned for updates or kindly inform us of your preferences.
Will There Be an Equal Gender Balance at Mixers?
Our goal is to achieve a balanced gender ratio at our events. However, please note that last-minute changes can impact the final ratio. To help us maintain this balance, we offer a limited number of tickets for each gender, which will be sold out once the maximum capacity is reached. We encourage you to purchase your ticket early to secure your spot.
