Online Speed Dating Ottawa Events

Our online speed dating events couldn’t be easier! On the day of the event you will receive a link from us to join the online video chatting platform, just give it a click a few minutes before the event starts to join the event. Before you join, make sure your camera and microphone are working properly, and that you are in a quiet space with stable internet connection and good lighting (we all paid good money to see that pretty face and smile, after all)! While our in-person events start off with an ice breaker activity, our virtual dating events are an express service and experience. Grab a drink (or three), and then off to virtual speed dating you go!

A digital version of our scorecard will be provided allowing you the opportunity to fill out and submit. Just fill in the names of the singles you meet and, after each encounter, give the “yes” or “no” box a check if you’d like to connect outside of the event. Break-out rooms are created and people are assigned to each room. Daters have 8 minutes to chat, after which the gents will switch rooms. Once you’ve spoken with everyone, that’s it—you’re done! Give yourself a cheers or pat on the back, you did a great job! Be sure to hit “submit” on the scorecard and expect to see your results by email within 48 hours.
