Once your ticket is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email from our team. Keep an eye on your inbox! On the day of the event, make sure to dress your best and prepare some talking points (remember, first impressions count). Arrive at the venue 15 minutes before the event begins, and our friendly host will be there to check you in and provide you with a scorecard.
Feel free to enjoy the first quarter of the event by sitting back, relaxing, and mingling with the other guests. We also encourage you to head to the bar and grab a drink during this time (a little liquid confidence never hurts).
So… how does speed dating work?
Once everyone is in attendance and settled in, we like to kick off our Ottawa speed dating events with an ice breaker game to warm everyone up. Whether it’s a bit of trivia or a game of two truths and a lie, our goal is to ensure each event is unique as our team constantly introduces new games and ice-breakers.
